Individual Therapy
Establishing a safe, confidential one-on-one relationship with a therapist is a first step to increasing self-understanding and greater functioning in your day-to-day life. I use a variety of approaches and techniques in individual therapy sessions that best meet your unique set of needs and goals.
Couples Therapy
Investing in your partnership through therapy helps you obtain greater intimacy, deeper connection, and allows you to make sustainable changes that lead to a more satisfying and fulfilling relationship for both partners.
Group Therapy
I deeply believe in the power of group therapy to significantly improve the quality of our relationships, and by extension, our lives. Group therapy teaches us about ourselves within the context of relationships and has the potential to transforms the way we relate to others and feel more connected to ourselves and our communities. I run several long-term process groups with a co-therapist that meet weekly.
Art Therapy
I have a M.A. in Art therapy and use art therapy in-session in a variety of different ways to help client’s activate sensory responses and access unconscious material. Art therapy is particularly effective as a nonverbal way of expressing our deepest thoughts, feelings, and memories.
